In addition to an in-depth knowledge of the mechanical aspects of drives, we also have the people in-house to support you in programming controllers & drives and assist you in the development of the entire application.

The drive is the heart of any machine or installation and a precise alignment between construction, drive and steering is essential for proper functioning. This requires good and early collaboration between your technicians and our engineers. Preferably, a research or feasibility study will be carried out into the possibilities of a new operating system. This study shows whether the new system is feasible from a technical and financial point of view.

Eltrex Motion is a partner who does not stop designing a controller to the specifications you specified, but who also actively participates in any alternative solutions. This can result in possibilities or techniques that make the solution simpler or cheaper. Eltrex Motion can advise you in such a situation and to map the advantages and disadvantages for you. Often, together with you, the interface (HMI) for your application is determined and developed.

Innovative and complete motion systems are assigned to the project team. Together with the project manager, they ensure that each phase of the project proceeds correctly from the feasibility, conceptual analysis, choice of components, construction, application software, commissioning to the training. During the development process, software packages such as SolidWorks, Visual Studio and EPLAN P8 are used.
